Pay as you go support service

This service is for clients who prefer not to have a contract agreement in place, but wish to use us as an when a problem occurrs.  We will support any client as long as long as the following service factors are understood.

• There are no service agreements/contracts
• There are no minimum terms
• We can provide terms and conditions with a completed Trading Account Application Form
• We cannot guarentee a level of response time, and calls will be dealt with as quickly as possible (best endeavour).
• A standard call out fee is £95.00
• Our hourly rate is £85.00 ph
• We provide a remote access support service. After an initial consultation and agreement of repair terms, we will take a secure card payment and remotely attend to your fault.
• We charge 0.35p per mile to and from site (we use google maps from post code SS7 5XF) and always use the "shorter" route.
• We always provide a purchase order and call out agreement which must be signed and returned prior to an engineer attending site
• All prices quoted exclude VAT at the current HMRC rate.
• All work is guaranteed
• All parts required are given with a 12 month manufacturers guarantee
• All engineers are qualified and competent to provide and excellent service.
