Home Start: Online Remote Support

This is a service tailored for small office and home workers who want professional support on hand from a trusted source.  It enables the Homeworker to receive professional remote support and advice at a budgeted cost.

What is included:
* 3 hour telephone/user support per annum
* Up to 10 hours support per annumn
* 1 full system service and system check up per annum
* Automated software servicing weekly
* Remote support
* Remote diagnosis and intervention on all PC’s (Free)
* Telephone support between hours of 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri
* maximum 8 hour scheduled response time

This service provides a helping hand to small businesses who would like to keep their data safe and computer working efficiently.  This is an ideal way of keeping IT costs for small businesses to a minimum.  We can provide support remotely by accessing your PC in a secure manner anywhere in the world!

All work is carried out by IT professionals with over 25 years corporate level support.  If we can fix you remotely, its covered!

Cost:
£45 + vat per month (Direct Debit)

(Minimum 6 month contract: add £5.00 per month for min term)
